Job Description: Pearland High School is seeking a dynamic and passionate Theatre Teacher to join our growing program.
Our program is supported by an engaged community and administration, both in spirit and financially. We produce a full-length fall play, a musical in collaboration with the choir department, and a UIL OAP. In addition to these main productions, there are class plays tied to the production classes and a variety of other events throughout the year.

Job Description: The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical theatre background with a degree in theatre education, or commensurate professional experience in the industry with a Texas Teaching Certificate. The candidate should believe in developing students as theatre technicians and should have strong building skills and experience in sound design, lighting design, set design; projections, stage/house management; safety precautions, and procedures.
